Prayer For A Happy Death

O my Lord and Savior, strengthen me in my final moments with the powerful support of Your sacraments and the sweet comfort of Your presence. May Your words of forgiveness be spoken over me, and may the holy oil confirm and protect me; let Your Body be my sustenance, and Your Blood my blessing. May Your Mother, Mary, draw near to me, and may my angel bring me peace, while Your glorious saints and my cherished patrons gaze upon me with favor, so that through them all, I may depart as I wish to live — within Your Church, adhering to Your faith, and enveloped in Your love. Amen. My Jesus, have mercy.
