Prayer For A Holy Death

O Mary, who was conceived without sin, intercede for us who seek your aid! O Comfort of sinners, Mother of those who suffer, do not forsake us in our final hour; instead, grant us a true sorrow for our sins, a heartfelt contrition, and the forgiveness we need. Bestow upon us the grace to receive the Holy Viaticum with reverence and to be fortified by the Sacraments at the end of our lives, so that we may stand before the just Judge, assured of His mercy, our God and Redeemer. Amen. O Blessed Saint Joseph, in our last moments, pray for us!
