Almighty God, as we remember (Name), we are reminded of our mortal nature and the fleeting moments we experience in this life. Yet, for those who trust in Your boundless love, death does not signify the end, nor does it sever the ties You create among us. We unite with the faith of the disciples of Your Son and share in the hope of Your children.
