Prayer For A Particular Soul

Almighty and everlasting God, in Your loving kindness, look favorably upon the soul of Your servant, (Name). Purify him/her, whom You have summoned from this life, from every imperfection. Bring him/her into the Light and Peace of Your presence, uniting him/her with Your holy Saints, and grant him/her a place of Eternal Joy in Your Kingdom. Lord, Creator and Redeemer of all believers, pardon all the transgressions of Your servants’ souls. May they attain absolution through our heartfelt prayers, which they have longed for. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ.Amen.
