The prayer
Lord, listen to the pleas we present with repentant hearts. Have compassion on us as we confess our transgressions. Guide us back to the path of righteousness. Shield us now and forever from the scars of sin. Help us to always cherish in its entirety the gift bestowed by your love and the mercy that renews us.
