The prayer
O Lord, it was You who instructed us to revere our mother and father. In Your compassion, look with mercy upon the souls of our parents, and pardon them their wrongdoings. Allow us to be reunited with them in the radiance of Your eternal glory. We request this through Your Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ.Amen.
