Prayer For Deceased Veterans

Almighty God, whose compassion allows the faithful souls to rest in peace, we humbly ask you to regard kindly the veterans who have passed, having offered their lives for their nation. We pray that, by the passion, death, and resurrection of your Son, they may partake in the joy of your eternal kingdom and celebrate with your saints in everlasting happiness. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ.
