Prayer For Grace After Holy Communion

O most compassionate Jesus, please bestow upon me Your grace, may it be present with me, guiding and aiding me continuously until my life's end. Instill in me a sincere will and longing for what brings You the utmost joy. May Your desires align with mine, and may my choices faithfully mirror Yours, so that I may choose and refuse only according to Your will. Teach me to turn away from all worldly attachments, and for Your love, enable me to accept being overlooked and unrecognized in this lifetime. Above all, grant me the grace to find my rest in You, calming my heart to experience perfect tranquility in Your presence. For You are the true sanctuary of the heart, its sole source of rest, and outside of You, there is no peace. In this serene rest found solely in You, my ultimate and everlasting good, may I find solace and peace.Amen.
