Lord Jesus, please enter into my moments of sorrow, anxiety, and mental struggles, accompanying me through every phase of my development and growth. Free me from the burdens of painful memories of times gone by. Envelop me with your Holy Spirit. I release forgiveness toward all who have caused me pain and ask that you bless them with your Holy Spirit as well. Thank you, Jesus. I praise you, Jesus.Amen.
