Prayer For Help Before Holy Communion

Lord God, assist me in preparing for a worthy reception of Holy Communion. I desire to partake in this Most Sacred Sacrament for Your glory and the benefit of my soul. Blessed Mary, my mother, intercede with Jesus on my behalf. Guardian angel, guide me to God's altar. Holy patron saints, pray for me that I might receive the Lord with a heart that is pleasing to Him and for the spiritual enrichment of my soul.Amen.
