The prayer
O God of time and seasons, You have led us once more into Lent, a time for immersing ourselves in Your Word, reflecting on the trials faced by Your Son, and meditating on His Cross. The birds are aware of their seasons; may we not be oblivious to our own. Bestow upon us a blessing this Lent, and let no one overlook this opportunity for spiritual growth. We request this through Christ our Lord.Amen.
