The prayer
Compassionate God, as a mother nurtures and sustains her children, You care for Your Church. Bless these women so that they may be empowered as Christian mothers. May the reflection of their faith and love be evident in their lives. Help us, their sons and daughters, to always honor them with deep respect. We ask this through Christ our Lord.Amen.
