Eternal and Holy God, I approach You carrying the weight of my worries, fears, doubts, and challenges. Bring me tranquility and fill my heart with Your peace. Remove the anxiety that troubles me, along with the burdens that drain my spirit and weigh heavily on my heart. Help me to release the disappointments and grudges I cling to so tightly. Free me from the pain of past wounds, current anger, and future anxieties. At times, it all feels overwhelming, with too many expectations and issues, alongside sorrow, suffering, and stress. Revive me in spirit and heart. Grant me renewed strength, hope, and confidence. Equip me to face the ongoing challenges of everyday life with a profound faith and trust in You.
