Prayer For Priests

O Lord, I earnestly ask You to watch over them, for they are Yours. Your priests whose lives are dedicated to You burn brightly before Your holy altar. Protect them, for they exist in the world, yet are not of it; when worldly pleasures call out to them, shelter them within Your embrace. Sustain and console them during times of solitude and suffering, when their sacrifices for souls seem to bear little fruit. Keep them in Your memory, dear Lord, for they rely solely on You, and though they possess human hearts, they also bear human weaknesses. Preserve them as immaculate as the Host they lovingly hold; bless their every thought, word, and action, dear Lord. Our Father... Hail Mary... Glory Be...
