O Most Merciful Jesus, beloved Savior of souls, I beseech You, through the suffering of Your Most Sacred Heart and the grief of Your Immaculate Mother, to cleanse with Your Most Precious Blood the sinners who are currently in their final agony and those who will pass away today. Heart of Jesus, who once suffered in agony, have compassion on those who are dying.Amen.
