Prayer For The Laity

O Heavenly Father, you have invited each of us to pursue holiness, sharing in your divine essence. Instill in us a deep awareness of our true worth as your children sent into the world as messengers of justice, love, and peace. Inspire within us a longing to be deserving of this noble calling and grant us the bravery to fulfill it. We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
