Prayer For The Pope

O Lord, source of everlasting life and truth, grant Your shepherd, the Pope, a heart filled with courage and sound discernment, along with knowledge and love. In faithfully guiding those who have been entrusted to him, may he, as Peter's successor and Christ’s representative, shape Your church to be a sign of unity, love, and peace for all nations. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever.Amen.
