O sacred souls in Purgatory, You who are destined for heaven, Beloved by Jesus as the proof Of His Most Precious Blood, And cherished by Mary, Mother of Mercy, Intercede for me, please, That I may receive The grace to live a life of holiness, To depart this world joyfully, And to reach the eternal happiness Of heaven. O dear Suffering Souls, Who endure your Tormenting pain, Yearning for liberation So that you may praise And glorify God above, With your constant compassion, Assist me now, [State your intention(s) here...] That I might gain relief And support from God. In thankfulness For your intercession, I offer to God for you The valuable merits Of all my actions And sufferings from this day/week/month.
