Prayer In Time Of Suffering

Look upon me, dear Jesus, as I endure the weight of my hardships and pain. I fall before You, seeking the renewal of my strength and courage while I dwell in Your presence. Allow me to find rest by laying my burdens within Your Sacred Heart, for only Your boundless goodness can uphold me; only Your love can assist me in bearing my trials; only Your mighty hand can ease my suffering. O Divine King, Jesus, whose heart is full of compassion for those in distress, I desire to live in You, to suffer and to pass away in You. Throughout my life, be my example and my strength; at the moment of my passing, be my hope and my sanctuary.Amen.
