Prayer Of Parents For Their Children

Heavenly Father, I am grateful for the blessing of my children and for the honor and duty of parenthood, for through this journey, I seek holiness. May I see each of my children as a sacred sign of Your love and a testimony of Your trust in me. Assist me in conveying to them our most precious gifts: belief in Your truths, trust in Your goodness, and love for all in Your Name. I commend my children to Your tender care. Remove any resentment or unforgiveness from our household. Grant us the time, genuine concern, and willingness to sacrifice for each other. Teach us to proudly embrace our identity as a Catholic family, dedicated to living according to the teachings of Jesus, the head of our home. Send us Your Holy Spirit to keep us united in this life and ensure that our family bond remains intact within the Kingdom of Your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord.Amen.
