Grant us a vibrant faith that leads us to place our trust in what is eternal. Bestow upon us a love that remains forever rooted in God. Secure fidelity, harmony, and tranquility for families. Ignite and strengthen in the leaders of nations a clear awareness of their obligations and their duty to promote religion, ethics, and the common good. And as your mercy pours forth upon souls, O Mary, may it likewise overflow to heal all the burdens that afflict your people and the entire Christian family. Show compassion for the poor, the imprisoned, and all who suffer persecution for the sake of justice or who are trapped in hardship.
