O Holy Mary, my Lady, into your loving care and special protection, I place my soul and body this day, every day of my life, and at the moment of my death. I commit to you all my hopes and comforts, along with every struggle and sorrow I face, my existence and its conclusion. May, through your sacred intercession and the merits you hold, all that I do be guided and directed according to your will and that of your Son, our Lord.
