Prayer To Fr. Michael J. Mcgivney

O mighty and glorious God, you filled your devoted priest, Father Michael J. McGivney, with remarkable virtue, particularly a profound care for the less fortunate, the orphan, and the widow. He was dedicated to the Christian education of young people and to the safeguarding of faith for the laborers of his time. Now, as his ministry touches countless lives worldwide through the endeavors of the Order of the Knights of Columbus, which he established, we earnestly implore you, Heavenly Father, to elevate your faithful servant, Michael, to the glory of the altar. We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord, and through His holy mother, Mary, who is our mother as well.Amen.
