Prayer To God The Father

O my God, You who created me and through Your beloved Son redeemed me, I offer my deepest gratitude from the depths of my heart. O my God, You who granted me the gift of faith and welcomed me as Your child on the day of my baptism, I express my heartfelt thanks. O my God, You who have blessed me with countless means of salvation, I thank You sincerely. O my God, You who appointed a guardian angel to protect me, I am grateful from the core of my being. O my God, You who have granted me a sound mind, discernment, and a loving heart, I thank You profoundly. O my God, You who have given me the gift of sight, the ability to hear, a voice to speak, and limbs that allow me to move, I am thankful from the depths of my heart. O my God, You who created the splendid sun to illuminate my path, the waters to refresh my spirit, and the fragrant flowers to bring me joy, I express my sincere gratitude. O my God, You who enable fruits and crops to grow, and provide animals that sustain and clothe us, I thank You wholeheartedly. For all the blessings You will bestow upon me until my final breath, I offer my heartfelt thanks. For the grace of perseverance in my final hours, which I trust in Your mercy through the merits of Jesus Christ, I thank You deeply. And for the immense joy with which You will reward me in heaven, as I hope in Your promise, I am profoundly grateful.
