Prayer To Immaculate Mary

Bestow upon me the grace to surrender my own will before the Divine Will of Your Son, that His desires may become my own. Illuminate my heart with Divine Love! Let the pure flame of God's Love penetrate deeply into my spirit and eradicate my selfishness. Instill in me a heartfelt devotion to the Blessed Sacrament and to Your holy Love, so that I may cherish You as You deserve. Assist me in perfectly detaching from everything — from creatures and even from myself — as I renounce all to live solely for God. My beloved Mother, intercede for me to receive from God a profound humility, both internally and externally. Grant me a deep understanding of myself and a spirit committed to mortification, so that I may humble myself before God and others. Help me to embrace contempt and humiliation while having myself disregarded. Mirror of humility, confer upon me the virtues of humility and obedience. Instill in me meekness and gentleness, that I may interact with others kindly, especially with those whom I find challenging. Bless me with a simple, joyful, sweet, gentle, kind, compassionate, humble, and meek heart. Seek for me a deep contrition and heartfelt sorrow to cause my heart to ache for my offenses against Your Son. Grant me a spirit dedicated to holy prayer, and the grace to meditate on the profound truths of faith, especially the Passion of Jesus and Your sorrows. Bestow upon me the grace to pray in times of temptation, and grant me holy recollection, awareness of Your holy presence, and the virtue of silence. Let me receive from God the sacred virtues of spiritual and bodily purity, along with a pure conscience through humble, frequent, and sincere confession, for the greater glory of God. Intercede for me to obtain a heroic faith combined with loving, childlike trust in the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Your Motherly love. Inspire in me fervent zeal for the glory of God and the salvation of souls, enabling me to fulfill my priestly duties with excellence. Help me celebrate the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and recite the canonical hours with deep focus and sincere devotion. My dear Mother, grant me the strength of fortitude to overcome myself through internal and external mortification. O noble Lady, who has triumphed over hell, give me the power to prevail against the devil, the world, and the flesh. You are our life and hope; please bestow upon me holy perseverance until the end in the grace of Your Divine Son. May I live and die in holiness, loving You forever in Paradise.
