Prayer To Jesus In The Blessed Sacrament

O my Lord Jesus Christ, who remains in this Sacrament out of love for humanity, tender and loving, you await, invite, and welcome all who come to spend time with you. I believe in your presence in the Eucharist, and I worship you from my heart, which is lowly and unworthy. I express my gratitude for the countless blessings you have given me, especially for the gift of yourself in this Sacrament, and for granting me your holy Mother, Mary, as my advocate, as well as for calling me to visit you in this church. Today, I pay homage to your most loving Heart, and I do this with three intentions: first, to thank you for this wonderful gift; second, to make reparation for the disrespect you have experienced from your adversaries in this Sacrament; and third, with this visit, I wish to honor you in every corner of the earth where you are least revered and most ignored in your Sacrament. My Jesus, I love you with all my heart. I repent for the many times I have offended your infinite goodness. With your grace, I resolve to never offend you again; and at this moment, though I am unworthy, I commit myself completely to you. I surrender my entire will, all my affections, my desires, and everything I possess to you. From this day forward, do with me and all that belongs to me what is pleasing to you. I seek only your holy love, steadfast perseverance, and the complete fulfillment of your will. I entrust to you the souls in purgatory, especially those who were most devoted to this Blessed Sacrament and to Blessed Mary; I also commend all poor sinners to you. In conclusion, dear Savior, I unite all my affections with those of your most loving Heart, and together, I offer them to your eternal Father. I ask Him, in your name, to graciously accept and respond to my petitions out of love for you.Amen.
