Prayer To Live As A Child Of God

Heavenly Father, when the Holy Spirit descended upon Jesus during His Baptism in the Jordan River, You declared Him to be Your Beloved Son. As Your child, born of water and the Spirit, help me remain true to my vocation. Since I partake in Your divine life through Baptism, guide me to walk the path of service as Christ did. May I unite myself to His Sacrifice and receive His Word with trust. Grant that I may live as Your child, emulating the example set by Jesus.
