O Holy Mother of Czestochowa, you are overflowing with grace, kindness, and compassion. I dedicate to you all my thoughts, words, and deeds, my entire being. I implore your blessings and particularly your intercession for my salvation. Today, I wholeheartedly give myself to you, beloved Mother, with my body and soul, through both joy and trials, seeking your blessings for myself and others on this earth and the gift of eternal life in Heaven.
