The prayer
O Mother of Perpetual Help, may I always call upon your mighty name, a protection for the living and a salvation for those at the end of their lives. O Pure Mary, O Sweet Mary, may your name always be on my lips. Do not hesitate, O Blessed Lady, to assist me whenever I seek your help, for in every need and temptation, I will continually turn to you, forever repeating your holy name, Mary, Mary.
