Prayer To Protect Life

Dear Loving God, I am grateful for the precious gift of life you have bestowed upon me and everyone. Compassionate God, I seek your forgiveness for my shortcomings and for humanity's failure to honor and nurture every aspect of life in your creation. Kind God, I ask that by your grace, I and all people may cherish, uphold, and advocate for every life, especially for the unborn, the neglected, the abused, the disabled, and the elderly. I also pray that those who make decisions regarding life in any capacity will act with wisdom, love, and courage. Living God, I exalt and honor you, O Father, the source of all existence, as Son, your holy Savior, and as Spirit, the Sanctifier of our lives.Amen.
