O Mary, who was conceived without sin, intercede for us as we seek your assistance. You are the refuge for the sinful and the Mother of those in distress. Do not abandon us in the moment of our death, but grant us true sorrow for our wrongdoings, authentic contrition, forgiveness of our sins, a dignified reception of the most sacred Viaticum, and the fortitude of the Sacrament of Extreme Unction. This will enable us to confidently approach the throne of our just yet merciful Judge, our God and Redeemer.Amen.
