Prayer To The Holy Family

O Jesus, only Son of the Eternal Father, beloved of the Blessed Virgin and cherished child of St. Joseph, we earnestly beseech You, through Your blessed Mother Mary and St. Joseph, Your earthly guardian, to watch over our children with Your special care and wrap them in the warmth of Your Sacred Heart. They are the offspring of Your Heavenly Father, made in His likeness; they belong to You, as You have redeemed them with Your Precious Blood; they are sanctuaries of the Holy Spirit, who consecrated them in Baptism and instilled in their hearts the gifts of faith, hope, and love. O most loving Jesus, govern and direct them, so they may live in accordance with the holy Catholic Faith, remain steadfast in their trust in You, and always be true to Your love. O Mary, Jesus' Blessed Mother, grant our children a place within your immaculate heart! Extend your protective mantle over them when their innocence is in jeopardy; keep them steadfast when they might wander from the path of virtue; and if they should face the sorrow of committing mortal sin, lift them up again, reconcile them with Your Divine Son, and return them to the grace of Your love. And you, O holy guardian St. Joseph, do not forsake our children! Shield them from the attacks of the evil one and preserve them from every peril, both of soul and body. O dear parents of the holy Child Jesus! Pray for us, that we may raise our children in the love and reverence of God, so that one day we may share with them in the joy of the Beatific Vision.Amen.
