Prayer To The Most Blessed Sacrament
O my Lord Jesus Christ, who, out of love for us, stays perpetually present in this Sacrament, filled with mercy and affection, awaiting, calling, and welcoming all visitors to your presence. I firmly believe that you are truly present in the Sacrament of the Altar. I offer you my adoration from the depths of my nothingness and express my gratitude for the countless graces you have bestowed upon me, especially for granting me your Most Holy Mother Mary as my advocate and drawing me to visit you here in this church. I now honor your Most Loving Heart for three reasons: first, to thank you for this extraordinary gift; second, to make reparation for the offenses you endure in this Sacrament from your adversaries; and third, to adore you in all locations where you are present in this Sacrament, particularly those where you are least honored and most forsaken. My Jesus, I love you wholeheartedly. I lament the many times I have offended your boundless goodness until now. With your grace, I resolve never to offend you again. Though I am wretched and unworthy, I fully consecrate myself to you. I surrender my will, my affections, my desires, and all that I possess. Henceforth, use me and all I have according to your will. All I seek and desire is your holy love, perseverance to the end, and the perfect fulfillment of your will. I entrust to you the souls in Purgatory, especially those who held the deepest devotion to the Most Blessed Sacrament and to the Most Blessed Virgin Mary. I also commend to you all lost sinners. Lastly, dear Savior, I unite my affections with those of your most loving Heart, offering them alongside yours to your Eternal Father, and humbly ask him, for your sake and out of love for you, to graciously accept and grant my intentions.
