St Albert the Great Novena - Day 1

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Choosing the Dominican Path St. Albert the Great chose to join the Dominican Order in 1223 despite his family's expectations for him to pursue a different path. This pivotal decision marked the beginning of his journey dedicated to truth and learning within the Catholic faith. His commitment serves as an inspiration for those who may face opposition in their pursuit of a calling. O St. Albert, who bravely chose the path of the Dominicans, grant us the courage to follow our own calls despite worldly pressures. Help us to remain steadfast in our commitment to truth and understanding. May we also inspire others to seek their own divine purpose with faith and determination.
