In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Faith in Trials Alphonsus faced numerous trials, including spiritual desolation and health issues, yet he remained steadfast in his faith. His resilience in the face of adversity serves as an encouraging example for us to trust in God’s plan during difficult times. This perseverance reflects the deep love and commitment we are called to have for God, even when challenged by life’s hardships. O faithful St. Alphonsus, in your moments of trial, you turned to God in prayer and hope. May your example inspire us to trust in His mercy and strength during our own struggles. Guide us to remain steadfast in our faith, seeking solace in prayer and the assurance of God’s love. St. Alphonsus, pray for me in my times of trial and difficulty.
