In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Courage in Leadership St. Ambrose was unexpectedly elected as the Bishop of Milan while still a layman, showing remarkable courage and commitment to his faith. He accepted this leadership role during a time of great turmoil, demonstrating that true leadership often requires stepping into the unknown and embracing responsibility for others' spiritual well-being. His example shows us that faith can empower us to lead with grace and purpose, even in challenging circumstances. O St. Ambrose, courageous leader of the Church, you accepted the weighty mantle of Bishop with unwavering faith. May your example inspire us to embrace our own responsibilities with courage and a deep trust in God's guidance. Help us to lead by your example of integrity and compassion, as we navigate our own paths in service to others.
