In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Early Hardships and Faith André Bessette faced deep personal loss when his father died in an accident, leaving his mother to raise him and his siblings. Despite these hardships, he embraced a life of prayer and spirituality, displaying resilience and a burgeoning faith. This strong foundation guided him throughout his life as he sought to serve God and others. O St. André, who turned your early struggles into a deep faith in God, obtain for us the strength to trust in the Lord amid our own trials. Help us to reflect on how difficulties can lead to deeper faith and growth in spirituality. May we, like you, find solace in prayer, even in the midst of hardship. Through your intercession, help me to grow in my own faith during challenging times.
