In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Acceptance of Suffering Despite his deep faith, André Bessette endured his own struggles with health throughout his life, yet he never wavered in his dedication to serving others. His acceptance of suffering allowed him to empathize deeply with those who came to him for help. This compassionate outlook drew countless individuals to him, finding comfort in his understanding and love. O St. André, who understood suffering yet remained steadfast in faith, help us to embrace our own trials. Teach us to find meaning in our struggles and to support others in their suffering. May we reflect Christ’s compassion in our care for those in need. Through your guidance, help me to accept my own suffering with grace.
