St. Augustine Novena - Day 4

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Defender Against Heresy As Bishop of Hippo, you stood firm against heretical movements such as Donatism and Pelagianism. Your writings and passionate defenses of the Church’s teachings reflected not only your intellectual rigor but also your deep love for the truth. Your commitment to orthodoxy encourages us to engage thoughtfully with our faith and stand firm against misconceptions. O St. Augustine, strength of the Church, inspire us to be defenders of the truth. May we learn from your resolute spirit in upholding faith against challenges. Help us to approach difficult discussions with wisdom and grace. St. Augustine, intercede for my intention in this novena.
