Compassion for the Marginalized St. Benedict Joseph Labre knew suffering firsthand, giving him a unique empathy for the marginalized. His life calls us to reach out to those in need, reminding us that every act of love serves Christ Himself. O compassionate St. Benedict Joseph Labre, you saw Christ in the faces of the forsaken. Teach us to approach the marginalized with love and understanding, reminding us of their dignity as children of God. Let our hearts break for what breaks Yours, as we strive to mirror your compassion. May I be emboldened to reach out to those in need, reflecting Christ's love in my actions.
