In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. A Bishop's Compassion As a bishop, Blaise was more than a spiritual leader; he was a shepherd to his flock, devoted to their welfare both spiritually and physically. His pastoral care reflected the heart of Christ, as he provided support and guidance through the trials of life. Blaise’s deep empathy for the suffering strengthened his community and showcased his enduring commitment to their well-being. O St. Blaise, loving shepherd and bishop, you dedicated your life to the care of your people. Help us to embody your compassion, reaching out to those in need within our communities. May we offer love and support to our brothers and sisters, as you did, lifting them up with faith and kindness. Intercede for us, that we may have hearts filled with compassion for others.
