In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Courage in Leadership During his tenure as Archbishop, St. Charles faced numerous challenges, yet he led with courage and conviction. His proactive response during crises inspires us to take bold action in our own lives, serving as leaders in our families and communities even when faced with difficulties. O St. Charles, courageous leader and protector of the Church, inspire me to lead with faith and courage. Help me to step forward confidently in my responsibilities, trusting in God’s guidance. May I embody your spirit of leadership, motivating others to follow a path of faith. Intercede for me, that I may embrace my leadership role as I share my intentions.
