Even as you faced your own mortality, your thoughts were for those who loved you, illuminating the selfless love you carried in your heart. This act demonstrates that true love often places others' needs before our own, especially in times of trial. O St. Dominic Savio, your love for your friends flourished until the end. Teach us to embody the same selflessness, showing care and concern for those around us, even in our darkest hours. Amen.
