Founding the Sisters of Charity You founded the Sisters of Charity, the first religious community of women dedicated to Catholic education in America, showcasing a deep commitment to service and education. Your vision for this community was rooted in a desire to provide both spiritual and academic formation, exemplifying a life devoted to God and neighbor. Your leadership and dedication continue to inspire religious life today. O St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, through your founding of the Sisters of Charity, you provided hope and guidance to many. Grant us the wisdom to serve our communities with compassion and dedication. May we, like you, respond to God's call to serve others wholeheartedly.
