Marriage and Motherhood in Holiness Your marriage to Ludwig IV was not only a union of hearts but a partnership in faith and charity. Together, you nurtured a family while simultaneously reaching out to the poor, teaching us that holiness can flourish within the duties of domestic life. Blessed Elizabeth, in your role as a wife and mother, you embodied the virtues of love and service. Help us to fulfill our own family roles with grace, instilling in our hearts a spirit of charity and a commitment to support those in need. Intercede for my family, that we may grow in love and service toward others.
