St. Faustina Novena - Day 9
In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. O Jesus, who filled Blessed Faustina with profound veneration for Your boundless Mercy, deign, if it be Your Holy will, to grant me, through her intercession, the grace for which I fervently pray (mention request here…) My sins render me unworthy of Your Mercy, but be mindful of Sister Faustina’s spirit of sacrifice and self-denial, and reward her virtue by granting the petition which, with childlike trust, I present to You through her intercession. Our Father Hail Mary Glory Be St Faustina, pray for us! In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. St Faustina, I thank you for answered prayer especially for my husband who had gone for surgery today. God had directed and guided the hands and minds of the surgeons and that whatever took place in the theatre that God’s will was done as I kept praying JESUS I TRUST IN YOU. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!!! YOU KNOW BEST. THANK YOU ST FAUSTINA. THANK YOU, THANK YOU. from E.H. Thank you so much for compiling Catholic novenas which are a great spiritual weapon and vessel of God’s grace. I continue to battle scrupulosity, but near the end of my novena and shortly after I experienced a profound relief from my scrupules and anxiety, and I am thankful to Jesus for His unfathomable Divine Mercy as St. Faustina wrote. Even if all of the anxiety of the whole world were put on my shoulders, as if I could gather all the migraines and scruples from souls, I humbly pray that I would still thank God for His great peace He granted me even if for a brief time. Of course, may He be praised whether or not my novena was answered, yet all the more do I want to extol the goodness and efficacy of prayer, this novena in particular, and complete surrender to His Will and Goodness.
