In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Mission to India St. Francis's journey to India in 1541 marked a turning point in his mission work. Arriving in Goa, he immersed himself in the local cultures, passionately spreading the Gospel and establishing schools and parishes. His adaptability and love for people paved the way for thousands to encounter Christ for the first time. O St. Francis Xavier, tireless missionary to India, inspire us to be bold in our own outreach. Help us to adapt and connect with others in love, as we share the message of Jesus Christ with those around us. Grant us the courage to reach out to those who have not yet heard the Gospel.
