In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. The Joy of the Cross Saint Helena’s discovery of the True Cross is a testament to the joy that can be found in embracing the cross. Through suffering and sacrifice, she understood the depth of Christ’s love and the profound joy that comes from serving Him. Her life encourages us to embrace our own crosses with faith and hope. O joyful St. Helena, you understood the true joy of the Cross and its significance in our lives. Help us to carry our burdens with grace and to see the beauty within our sufferings, striving always to follow Christ. May we grow in our understanding of love and sacrifice through your intercession. I ask for your guidance in my intention.
