St. James the Greater Novena - Day 1

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. The Call by the Sea St. James the Greater was called by Jesus while fishing, a moment that transformed his life forever. In that simple act of leaving behind his nets, he exemplified radical faith and commitment to Christ's mission. His willingness to abandon a familiar life for the unknown speaks to the call we all receive to follow God's path. O Saint James, you left everything to follow Christ at the Sea of Galilee. May your bold decision inspire us to embrace our own call with courage and faith. Help us to recognize and respond to God's invitations in our lives, trusting in His plan, no matter how challenging it may seem. Intercede for us as we strive to follow the Lord wholeheartedly.
