In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Faithful Leadership as Bishop Tradition remembers St. Januarius as a bishop who exemplified pastoral care amid persecution. His commitment to his flock during the era of Roman oppression showcased his qualities of compassion and courage. As he nurtured his community, he became a beacon of hope for the early Christians who faced immense trials. O St. Januarius, devoted shepherd of your people, guide us in our own leadership roles. Help us to exhibit the same compassion and faith that you demonstrated in times of trial. May we find strength in your example as we seek to nurture those entrusted to our care. Intercede for us in our struggles to uphold our faith. St. Januarius, pray for us, especially in our efforts to be faithful leaders.
